We are a real estate investment business focused on improving communities by acquiring off market distressed single and multifamily residential properties and turning them into quality affordable homes which we primarily hold within our portfolio as long term rentals.

We share our simple math equation for calculating a property's potential directly on our website so you can get started determining if we would be interested in a particular property. This saves everyone time and makes it easier to source the right properties to fit our business model. If a property doesn't meet our criteria, we will gladly work with the owner to help them find an alternative solution.
We also have a simple cash bonus program. If you put us in contact with a property owner that we successfully purchase from, you earn a cash bonus. The same applies to property owners reaching out to us directly.
Who we work with
On acquisitions, we work with current home owners, wholesalers, real estate agents, other investors, and lenders/financial institutions. On renovations, we work with licensed contractors. On rentals, we work with prospective renters and tenants.
